About MDHL
Fostering excellence in youth hockey for over 25 years
The Mighty Ducks Hockey League (MDHL) was established in 1996 to provide young athletes with a structured, competitive environment to develop their hockey skills while learning valuable life lessons.
We believe that hockey is more than just a sport—it's a platform for building character, teamwork, and lifelong friendships. Our league serves players aged 4-16 across all skill levels, from beginners to advanced competitors.
With experienced coaches, state-of-the-art facilities, and a commitment to fair play, MDHL has become one of the premier youth hockey organizations in the region.

To provide a safe, inclusive, and competitive environment where young athletes can develop their hockey skills, build character, and create lasting memories while fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
League Rules & Guidelines
Ensuring fair play and safety for all participants
Eligibility
All players must be between 4-16 years old and have a signed parental consent form. Medical clearance is required for all participants.
Equipment
Full protective gear is mandatory: helmet with face mask, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, hockey pants, shin guards, and skates. All equipment must meet league safety standards.
Conduct
Players, coaches, and spectators must demonstrate respect and sportsmanship at all times. Zero tolerance for fighting, verbal abuse, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Attendance
Regular attendance at practices and games is expected. Players must notify their coach at least 24 hours in advance of any absence.
Fair Play
All players must receive equal ice time regardless of skill level. Emphasis is on development and enjoyment of the game.
Game Day
Players must arrive 30 minutes before game time. Team colors must be worn. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time.
